As Originators of projects, The Development Studio has sourced sites and successfully secured council cabinet approval for income strip agreements to deliver over 270 new homes in London. We continue to work with other local authorities and developers to bring new long term housing projects forward with our key investment and development partners.
Northolt Road was a project The Development Studio presented to Harrow Council and led the team to secure cabinet consent to provide the Council with 191 net zero-carbon homes. The Development Studio brought together the design team and investors to bring forward this large site within Harrow.
