As one of our originator projects, The Development Studio have worked with locally based E G Carter & Co Ltd to bring forward a 122 affordable residential development in the heart of Cheltenham for Aster Homes Aster Group.
As lead consultant and architects, The Development Studio have supported E G Carter & Co Ltd to deliver a pre-application and full planning submission. The project represents one of the largest developments in Cheltenham Town and will meet the immediate needs of the local community with modern homes. The project includes a community sports pitch, sports pavillion, new car parking, significant green landscaping and public open space areas, 134 new trees and other landscaping planting. The project will provide new homes, support and improve the local biodiversity and provide quality green spaces for all the local residents.
