We are a commercially-focussed, design-led chartered architecture studio, specialising in urban living, housing, student accommodation and commercial projects.
Founded by Michael Magri in 2020, an architect with over 25 years of experience in architectural services and development strategy, we have built a reputation for architectural excellence and expertise.
We also create turnkey projects for investors and clients. We source sites for new development opportunities with strategic partners, and, collectively, we are working to help meet society’s long-term housing needs.

Paul Blanch BSc (Hons), MCIAT
Technical Director
As Technical Director of The Development Studio, Paul has gained a wealth of experience in architecture, technical design and detailing with over 20 years, ensuring a smooth transition from design to construction.
Paul is experienced across a number of sectors, including multi-residential, education, commercial and car park projects. With a background as a Chartered Architectural Technologist, Paul has strong technical capabilities, a keen attention to architectural detailing and coordination.
