This development in West London is focused on the delivery of exceptional design with a super prime finish and attention to detail. Working through a complicated planning process to maximise the development’s potential with a series of options and viability studies to convert the collection of five school buildings, The Development Studio worked collaboratively with a well-informed design focused client to deliver a truly exceptional development.
The Development Studio worked closely with Sloane & Cadogan to develop a scheme from the planning stage at 50 Brook Green. Their input was invaluable, refining the brief to help us deliver a commercially viable development that is unique and truly outstanding. The support we received from TDS extended well beyond traditional architectural and lead consultant services and their understanding of the development process assisted greatly.
