Repurposing a tired city centre warehouse into a state-of-the-art training centre.

As supporters of Gloucester Rugby, it has been a privilege to work alongside the club to deliver their new training facility.

Following an extensive site appraisal period, the club took an opportunity to repurpose a warehouse located adjacent to the Kingsholm Stadium, creating a new rugby campus in the heart of the city.  Phase 2 of this project looks to bring additional staff, facilities and technical skills into the training facility.  The Development Studio worked closely with Gloucester Rugby to understand each department’s individual needs, and secured planning for the proposal in late 2022.
