The Development Studio formed a joint venture (JV) partnership with a local landowner to bring forward a former bus garage into much needed student accommodation for Buckinghamshire New University.
The garage site adjoins the established BNU Brook Street Halls of Residences and will provide an additional 122 bed spaces. The Development Studio reviewed the existing student accommodation portfolio and proposed a solution to deliver a mix of town house and cluster flat accommodation that meets the university’s immediate needs.
