Obtaining planning for a derelict retail unit in a challenging location

Working with a Cheltenham based developer, The Development Studio supported the redevelopment opportunity of an underutilised commercial site just outside of the town centre.  The Development Studio undertook the development appraisals, planning pre-application, and design consultations to support the final planning application to build eight apartments.

The Development Studio also provided the connection with Cheltenham Boroughs Homes to work with the developer to deliver all apartments as affordable homes for rent.
